Economic forecasts indicate that consumer confidence is growing and that the housing market is on the rebound. One of the best marketing venues to promote new construction is through the annual Parade of Homes. Builders continue to say they generate more traffic and qualified leads from their annual participation in the Parade. The decision has been made by the Parade committee to offer both spring and fall events in 2010 based on interest from builder members.
Our spring event which will be held April 24-25 and May 1-2.
Our fall Triad Parade of Homes will be October 16-17 & 23-24. We will again be working in conjunction with the Winston-Salem Home Builders Association to co-market a regional Triad Parade of Homes.
