Fall Parade of Homes…Registration Deadline

It’s the final week to register for our Fall Parade of Homes scheduled for October 9-10 & 16-17.  There are two options for builder participation:

• Open Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends
• Virtual Tours in which the homes will NOT be open during the Parade…however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms.

As the housing market inventory remains extremely low…the Virtual Tour Only option allows builders to market their company during the Parade by profiling homes previously built and/or under construction. Research continues to show that the majority of consumers begin their search online.

Last date to register is Friday, July 30 in which all paperwork and payment are due.
