Spring Parade of Homes: Final Day to Submit Registration

It’s the FINAL DAY to submit your registration for the 2024 Spring Parade of Homes to be held April 27-28 and May 4-5. There are two options for builder participation:
- Open Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends…virtual tours will also be included
- Virtual Tour Only in which the homes will NOT be open during the Parade hours…however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms.
As the housing market inventory remains low…some homes will be sold and/or not ready for the Spring Parade…therefore the Virtual Tour Only option allows builders to market their company during the Parade by profiling homes previously built and/or currently under construction.
