Fall Parade of Homes

Our Fall Parade of Homes will be held on Saturday & Sunday, October 5-6 & 12-13 showcasing 31 newly constructed homes…with traditional open houses over the two weekends…along with some Virtual Tour Only homes that have been sold and/or under construction.
Whether you are in the market to build or buy a new home, or just want to see the latest home design trends and amenities, the annual Parade of Homes provides a great opportunity to see a variety of homes and communities. Many Parade homes are custom designed and built homes that are not regularly open for tours except during the annual Parade of Homes.
