NCHBA Legislative Conference
May 23, 2023 - May 24, 2023
The North Carolina Home Builders Association’s 2nd Quarter Meeting & Legislative Conference will be held in Raleigh on May 23-24.
Committee meetings will be held on Tuesday, May 23 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at Builders First Center (Builders Mutual/NCHBA offices) located at 5580 Centerview Drive, Raleigh. There will be two opportunities to learn more about legislative priorities during the Legislative Committee and Board meeting.
The annual Legislative Reception will be held on Tuesday, May 23 from 5:00 – 6:30 pm at the Merrimon-Wynne House – 500 N. Blount Street – in downtown Raleigh.

NCHBA has room blocks at two hotels…deadline to make room reservation is May 1.
Legislative Visits will be held on Wednesday, May 24 from 8:30 am – 12 noon. GBA members will convene at the Legislative Building for scheduled appointments with members of the Guilford delegation to discuss industry issues. If you would like to participate, please email Cheryl Collins.
NC PWB Networking Reception: Monday, May 22
The NC Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council will be hosting a welcome reception/networking event on Monday, May 22 from 4:30-6:30 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn – 131 Columbus Ave in Cary. Tickets are $15 which provides two drink coupons. Net proceeds will benefit the NCHBA PWB Scholarship and The House That She Built distribution efforts to elementary schools across the state.
