The North Carolina Home Builders Educational & Charitable Foundation, Inc. (NCHBECF) award scholarships annually to students focused on residential construction. Application deadline is April 30, 2025.
Workforce Development Scholarships for High School Seniors
This scholarship is for high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in a residential construction trade. It’s designed to help students who are eager to join the workforce in areas like carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and other trades integral to residential construction.

NCHBAECF Scholarships for Rising Juniors & Seniors in University
These scholarships are available to rising juniors and seniors enrolled in a four-year university and majoring in a program related to residential construction. Whether it’s construction management, architecture, or engineering, NCHBA wants to support students who are committed to shaping the future of residential construction.
