Spring Parade of Homes: Registration Deadline
February 4, 2022 - February 28, 2022
Registration is underway for our Spring Parade of Homes to be held April 23-24 and April 30-May 1. There are two options for builder participation:
- Open Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends…virtual tours will also be included
- Virtual Tour Only in which the homes will NOT be open during the Parade hours…however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms.
As the housing market continues to remain strong, we recognize that inventory is low and some homes will not be ready for the Spring Parade…therefore the Virtual Tour Only option allows builders to market their company during the Parade by profiling homes previously built and/or under construction.
Builder Registration Deadline is February 4 – Late Registration through February 28

Advertising Deadline for the Parade of Homes magazine is February 28.
